Paul has 32 years experience working in the FMCG market in Sales Management, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Management. His understanding of how to leverage category management has evolved due to operational implementation of his strategies. A key enabler, his ability to engage customer collaboration.

A global experience of category management in the United Kingdom, Germany, Eastern Europe and sub Saharan Africa has given him and his customers the confidence to implement solutions for growth. He has worked on the National Accounts of Pick ‘n Pay, Shoprite, Spar, Woolworths, Massmart and Carrefour Africa. He has examples of category solutions implemented for each of these businesses.

Paul has worked for a number of blue chip companies during his time in FMCG. Starting work with Cadbury he had also spent time working for Nabisco and Perfetti, before spending the last 20 years with Mars Inc Africa.

His experience has given him an incredibly broad understanding of FMCG and his customers. This has helped to manage the costs of collaboration while ensuring the best possible return on investment. Paul has the knack of creating category growth for the product ranges he has managed ahead of the category norm. He has had a phenomenal success rate in this area.

Graham has 38 years experience working in the FMCG market in Key Account and Sales Management and Business Management roles. He has extensive knowledge of the industry, systems and processes from a Supplier and Retail perspective,and has worked on the National Accounts of Pick ‘n Pay, Shoprite, Spar, Woolworths and Massmart.

He has represented many major international brands within South Africa and during his long career has received top sales accolades from numerous organisations. He has managed Account teams, Sales and Sales Agency teams and over the years has successfully launched many products/categories/concepts into the market.

His strong interpersonal skills have stood him in good stead in mentoring and coaching up and coming colleagues within the organisations he has worked for. His extensive experience and industry knowledge have assisted many smaller businesses, to successfully enter this competitive industry and secured new business in categories or channels they have never been involved with before.. He has a vast network of people in the FMCG arena that he can call on, for expert advice at all levels, so that his clients get the best advice needed to ensure success.
